About Us

Pure Aloha originally began in 2012 as a youth volleyball clinic free to the public.  Due to developing expenses of gym time and equipment Pure Aloha was unable to continue.  Pure Aloha then worked to establish a Mens program.  Through the success of two Pure Aloha Men's teams throughout the USAV season and especially their performance at the 58th Haili Volleyball Tournament, Pure Aloha was strongly encouraged to develop a Womens and Juniors Division under the club- therefore in April 2015, Pure Aloha Volleyball Club was formally established as a non profit organization.

We are an official 501(c)3 non profit organzation.

Pure Aloha Volleyball Club training is geared towards developing the individual student-athlete to realize their potential on and off the court through the sport of volleyball and achieve personal growth and team success in the game setting and in life.

Pure Aloha Volleyball Club promotes and supports the sport of volleyball in Hawaii.

Goals of Pure Aloha are to develop individual players in the sport of volleyball; organize team competition; develop teams that are competitive in the Aloha and Moku o Keawe regions as well as at the national level; provide opportunities for positive leadership and strong student-athlete skills in preparation for future opportunities. The club is affiliated with the United States Association Volleyball (USAV) and remains a private organization responsible only to its membership.
